Renting accommodation in Thailand(Koh Samui):

About the accommodation:

The house lies on the northern part of the island approximately 8-10 minutes from the airport. (This part is called Bo Phut.) The parcel lies about 300m from the mainroad in the hillside(app. 1000m2). The inner area of the house is 340m2 in which five bedrooms, six bathrooms, "open air" livingroom, kichen-dinigroom, garage for two cars, storage room and a machine room can be found, providing room for ten people.

The beach is approximately five minutes by foot.

Possibilities:

After breakfast you can rest on the beach resort and take advantage of all its capabilities. Pool, restaurant, massage, spa and so on, are at your service. Rentable: jetski, surf, sailboat, kajak. During the day mobile shops are offering their wares from fruits to blankets.

Aftrer this you still are able to choose from other programs: quad safari, cable climbing above the jungle, paint ball, elephant trekking, visiting of waterfalls, monkey theater, magic garden, sea fishing, or you even can spend a night on open sea in a catamaran.

The programmanager office is five minutes by foot.

(Motorbike and car rental for every day use and for trips too is also available.)

High-season:

15th of january - 31th of april              daily rate: 9500 THB/night/house, monthly rate: preferential

1st of july - 31th of august                  daily rate: 9500 THB/night/house, monthly rate: preferential

Off-season:

1st of may - 30th of June                   daily rate: 8500 THB/night/house, monthly rate: preferential

Pick-season:

15th of december - 15th of january     daily rate: 12500 THB/night/house, monthly rate: preferential
